His professional journey spans various sectors, including Shipping & Logistics, Sales, and Management Consulting, where he demonstrated business leadership in Customer Experience Management, Account Management, Trade Compliance, Process Architecture; Change leadership and Financial Operations.

Her industry specialisations include interior and exterior design services, picking out the best furniture materials and accessories and general manufacturing sectors.
Rukayat holds a B.Sc. Mathematics from the University of Ilorin and is a distinguished NSP scholar of the Nigerian University of Technology and Management, garnering certification across leadership & group dynamics, product management, design thinking and digital transformation.
She is a subject matter expert in retail, distribution, supply chain & cross-country regulatory management across key Sub-Saharan.
